How can I reserve a unique tour with Bounce Around Barcelona?
Write us an email and we can help you to choose the tour which fits you best. After arrange the date and the type of the tour you can finish the reservation process with transfering the cost of the tour to the bank account what we have provided to you. From your online bank send us (info@bouncearoundbarcelona.com) the proof of the transfer.
How can I pay for the unique tour?
For now Bank Transfer is the basic payment method we have. We also set up a Paypal account for the clients (in case they cannot make money transfer between bank accounts or the transfer cost are extremly high in their case) but the cost of the Paypal transfer has to be paid by the client.
How can I cancel a tour with Bounce Around Barcelona?
In any case of unexpected happenings please inform us! We will do our best to reschedule your tour.
In case of reserved days and reserved tours we cannot offer any refund. We are really sorry if the plane was cancelled or you just overslept. We have a really strict schedule, and if you reserve a day with us we count on you. But if you inform us on time we will do our best to figure out a solution with you. It happened many times that we rescheduled the tours based on availability of bicycles and tour guides.
What happens in case of rainy weather?
We reserve the right of changing the type of the tour from bike tour to walking tour. Of course we’ll look for a solution arranging with you on our and your timetable and the weather forecast. Maybe we can find another sunny day or just start some hours later the tour, waiting for the sunshine. There is always a solution.
What should I take with me to the tour?
Comfortable clothes, extra sweater, water, comfortable bag, your camera, your good humor and a big smile.
Liability
Everybody is participing on his/her own responsability in our tour. With the reservation you accept our terms and conditions. We can not take responsibility for interactions with third parties.
If we take pictures, we reserve the right to use some of them in our webpage, facebook, twitter, instagram, tumblr, google+ or other profiles. If you don’t want to be part of this social media project please tell us before the tour.
In case of any legal doubt the contract parties (Bounce Around Barcelona team and clients) go to the court of Barcelona, which is the place of service.
What is included in the price?
In the normal walking tour the tourguide, a map with the route and some good advices for your vacation in Barcelona. If we take pictures we’ll send them to you, but please send us a reminder email.
The bike tour includes all of these and 4 bikes. If you need more, you have to rent them but we will help you how to manage it.
The deluxe unique tour can be walking or bike tour. The deluxe one is a 4,5 hour tour and includes one gastro stop. 1 meal in a special place (drink, cheese, Catalan sandwich, cake). The deluxe two is a 6 hour tour and includes 1 meal in a special place (drink, cheese, Catalan sandwich, cake) + tapas after the tour (drink + plate of 4 tapas).
IMPORTANT: Prices do NOT include tickets to attractions and monuments!
